Beginner Tip

When you are able, play with people who are better than you. You might be embarrassed at first but don’t be at all. Everybody started where you were and only grew from there.

Perfect your form, both driving and putting. Once you perfect your form you will be comfortable with a range of shots. As the man, Danny Lindahl always says, slow is smooth, and smooth is far.

Film yourself. When you film yourself you are able to see everything you can help fix in your form.

Most Memorable Moment

My first tournament was an ice bowl in Shawnee Mission KS. There was about a foot of ice and slushy snow everywhere. I played very solid Recreational level golf and ended up shooting 8 over! Before the start second round, my mentor Dixon Jowers hopped out of his car and walked with me through the round giving me tournament tips and tricks. Slowing me down and just helping me out. It was a great day and an awesome first tournament experience.

In The Bag

Drivers

Westside Discs VIP War Horse

Great for monster hyzers and headwinds. Very reliable and fun for trickshots!

Dynamic Discs Lucid Chameleon Raider

BOMBER! These go very far and have great glide. They are dependable for a slight finish at the end.

Latitude 64 Gold Havoc

This is my roller disc. It flips very quickly and will roll forever!

Dynamic Discs BioFuzion Enforcer

Great forehand disc. I have a bad problem rolling my wrist and this disc autocorrects that for me.

Dynamic Discs BioFuzion Criminal

Everything that a enforcer does but shorter. Also good for smaller hands given it does not have as big of a rim.

Westside Discs Tournament Ahti

Great disc that I use for hyzers and skip shots. This disc is new to me and has become a big staple for any condition!

Dynamic Discs Lucid Vandal

Great woods disc, holds lines and is flippy if you want it to be!

Latitude 64 Gold Sapphire

Everything the vandal is but more stable and a lot faster.

Midrange

Westside Discs VIP Anvil

My most reached for mid, great finish and stability.

Dynamic Discs Lucid Bounty

Great for straight to right finish shots on a backhand.

Latitude 64 Royal Grand Trust

Straight with a little left finish.

Putters

Westside Discs BT Medium Harp

Great for backhand shots that need to stick on the green.

Dynamic Discs Moonshine Slammer

Skippy throwing putter with lots of stability.

Dynamic Discs Lucid-X Warden

Dead straight throwing putter.

Dynamic Discs Classic Blend Judge

My putting putter. Very reliable in the wind and on a normal day they have a little left finish! #teamjudge
